Pharmaceutical sales specialist picks 4BD in Fenton

Patricia K. Hagberg and Bradley K. Hagberg bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2158 Avalon Ridge Circle in Unincorporated Fenton from Karen L. Emerson for $345,000 on Aug. 3.

The 2,796-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Avalon Hills subdivision.

Ms. Hagberg is a senior critical care oncology sales specialist at Eisai Pharmaceuticals. She previously served as area business manager at Biogen Idec. She also worked as CNS sales specialist and senior sales representative at UCB Pharma.

She received an M.S. in anatomy and physiology from Texas A&M University and a B.S. in animal science and biology from Stephen F. Austin State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 102 home sales in Unincorporated Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $184,500.
