Patrick B. Judd and Carolyn D. Judd bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1800 Kings Cliff Road in Kirkwood from Brent J. Schenk for $510,000 on Aug. 3.

The 3,446-square-foot house was built in 1975 in the Waterford Place subdivision in Kirkwood Northwest.

Mr. Judd is the owner of The Daily Bread Bakery and Cafe, which started its operation in 1993.

He attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 286 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $174,250.
