Michael W. L'Ecuyer and Sarah L'Ecuyer bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 978 Stone Spring Drive in Eureka from Robert E. Busiek and Tonja L. Busiek for $400,000 on Aug. 1.

The Busieks paid $375,000 for the property in November 2010. The 2,891-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Eureka South. It is located in the Southern Hills subdivision.

Mr. L'Ecuyer serves as North America resource forecasting and planning strategy lead at Accenture, a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company.

He attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 80 home sales in Eureka during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $182,500.
