Mr. Sonneland serves as assistant vice president at Aalco Wrecking Company Inc., a demolition contractor in St. Louis. He previously was an advertising executive at Village Voice Media and worked as an associate at Marcus & Millichap.

He earned his associate's degree in aviation flight and his bachelor's degree in management from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and his M.B.A. in finance from St. Louis University.

Ms. Sonneland is manager of RPO operations at PracticeMatch Services LLC, a source for physician data and recruitment services, where she previously was a physician recruiter. Prior to that, she was a recruiter at Kforce Technology Staffing.

She attended Boston University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 78 home sales in Olivette during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $238,750.
