Thomas A. Toczylowski and Geralyn M. Kern bought a five-bedroom, six-bath home in Frontenac from Patrick B. Judd and Carolyn D. Judd for $1.1 million on Aug. 2.

The 4,394-square-foot house was built in 1966 in Frontenac South. It is located in the Steeplechase Lane subdivision. The Judds acquired the property for $1.1 million in June 2008.

Mr. Toczylowski is vice president of national retail sales for mass merchandisers, club stores and drug stores at Anheuser-Busch Inbev. Prior to this, he held several positions at the company, where he started as a key account manager in 1994. He then became a senior market manager and national retail sales director in the firm's St. Louis office. He later was promoted to retail sales director and then to vice president of retail sales for the Boston office.

He holds a B.A. from Quincy University.

Mr. Judd is the owner of The Daily Bread Bakery & Cafe, a baking and catering business that was founded in 1993 in University City, Missouri.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35 home sales in Frontenac during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $722,000.
