Mr. Pozaric is a partner at the law firm Armstrong Teasdale LLP. He also served as assistant project manager at LS Power Corporation, as intern at Bank of England, as bank examiner at Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and as cost analyst at General Dynamics.

He earned his bachelor's degree in finance and speech communications, magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University, his MBA in finance from Washington University in St. Louis-Olin Business School and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law.
