James E. Walentynowicz sold a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 358 Shetland Valley Court in Chesterfield to Mace A. Nosovitch for $337,500 on Aug. 2.

The 2,544-square-foot house was built in 1999 in South of 64. It is located in the Baxter Pointe Villas subdivision.

Dr. Walentynowicz is an orthopedic surgeon at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield. He has been in private practice in St. Louis for more than 20 years.

He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from St. Louis University and his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in basic surgery and residency in orthopedic surgery at the United States Naval Hospital in Virginia.

Dr. Nosovitch is an anesthesiologist at St. Luke's Hospital.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 358 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $313,000.
