Executive gets wealth management advisor Clayton 4BD

Matthew Levenson and Angela Levenson bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1 Southmoor Drive in Clayton from John G. Gatewood and Anne Gatewood for $975,000 on Aug. 10.

The Gatewoods paid $1.05 million for the property in Dec. 2007. The 4,544-square-foot house, which was built in 1924, is in East of Hanley Road. It is located in the Southmoor subdivision.

Mr. Levenson is the executive vice president at GNH Services, Inc., N-STORE Services LLC, and Granger Contracting Company, Inc. Previously, he served as export sales manager and account executive at Central States Diversified, Inc.

He attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.

Mr. Gatewood is a wealth management advisor at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 111 sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $487,000.
