Nicholas J. Tanurchis and Elaine Tanurchis bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 704 Grand View Ridge Court in Eureka from Robert W. Fletcher, Jr. for $330,000 on June 17.

Mr. Fletcher paid $380,000 for the property in Sept. 2008. The 3,214-square-foot home in Eureka South was built in 2004. It is part of the Grand View Ridge subdivision.

Mr. Tanurchis is a physical education teacher at Parkway School District in Chesterfield.

Ms. Tanurchis is a physical education teacher at Northwest Valley Middle School in House Springs. She previously taught at Cedar Hill Intermediate.

She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master's degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 84 home sales in Eureka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
