Cory Reinen and Holly Reinen sold a five-bedroom, 3.5 bath home at 539 Overlook Terrace Court in Eureka to Thomas O'Connell and Stacie O'Connell for $469,000 on June 17.

The Reinens paid $405,000 for the property in Aug. 2008. The 3,010-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Eureka South. It is located in The Legends subdivision.

Mr. Reinen, an entrepreneur, was co-owner and vice president at Specialized Container Service Inc. He also served as field manager at General Mills and worked as sales representative at Kraft Pizza Company.

He attended the University of Georgia-Terry College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 83 home sales in Eureka during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $181,250.
