Douglas D. Burkhalter and Kathleen M. Riordan sold a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 111 Edwin Ave. in Glendale to Stacie J. Royer for $1.15 million on July 6.
Burkhlater and Riordan acquired the property for $965,000 in 2008. The 3,840-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Glendale South neighborhood. It is located in the Bonita Park subdivision.
Mr. Burkhalter is senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Isle of Capri Casino. Prior to this, he served as vice president of marketing strategy at Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc. and corporate director of marketing at Argosy Gaming Corp.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 51 home sales in Glendale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $231,000.
