Jonathan B Seward and Amanda M. Seward bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 1545 Fenton Hills Road in Unincorporated Fenton from Bradley Hershberger and Michelle Hershberger for $470,000 on Aug. 11.

The 816-square-foot house was built in 1955 in the Flora del Acres subdivision.

Mr. Seward is a sales associate at Coldwell Banker Gundaker.

He attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 102 home sales in Unincorporated Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
