Cleaning services co. exec acquires Kirkwood 4BD

Christopher M. Hogg bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1900 Brookcreek Lane in Kirkwood from Gregory L. Goodemote and Stephanie L. Goodmote for $470,000 on June 9.

The 2,958-square-foot house was built in 1984 in Kirkwood Northwest.

Mr. Hogg serves as vice president at Buildingstars, Inc., a commercial cleaning and facility services company established in 1994. Prior to joining Buildingstars, Inc., he served as a territory manager at Kronos and a district manager at ADP.

He attended Missouri State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 314 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,120.
