Monsanto exec deals Chesterfield 4BD

Ronald P. Lirette and Renee Lirette sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 14941 Manor Ridge Drive in Chesterfield to Jeremy Fandrich and Kelly Fandrich for $350,000 on July 7.

The 2,511-square-foot home in South of 64 was built in 1976. It is part of the Claymont Manor subdivision.

Mr. Lirette is the director of global regulatory pipeline at Monsanto, an agricultural technology company headquartered in Creve Coeur. He previously served the company as director of strategy and operations. Prior to joining Monsanto, he was a scientist at Sterling.

He attended Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 358 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $313,000.
