Robert Lamberg sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 11508 New London Drive in Creve Coeur to Anthony Fussner and his wife, Kara, for $492,600 on Aug. 17.

The 4,040-square-foot house in Creve Coeur East was built in 1970. It is part of the Westchester Estates subdivision.

Dr. Lamberg, an eye surgeon, serves on the board of directors of Clarkson Eyecare in Ellisville. He sees patients at BJC Hospitals, St. Joseph's Medical Center, St. Louis Children's Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital.

He earned his M.D. from the Washington University School of Medicine.

Mr. Fussner is a principal at the St. Louis office of Harness Dickey, an intellectual property law firm.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering and a B.S. in aerospace engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, now Missouri University of Science and Technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 119 home sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $315,000.
