Former St. Louis Cardinals exec sells in Wildwood

Jeffrey Floerke and Janelle Floerke sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 263 Cherry Hills Meadows Drive in Wildwood to Yun Hao K. Yeh and Meaghan O. Mclellan for $325,000 on Aug. 15.

The Floerkes paid $329,900 for the property in Aug. 2010. The 2,619-square-foot home in Wildwood Southeast was built in 1994. It is part of The Meadows at Cherry Hills subdivision.

Mr. Floerke is manager of corporate partnerships development for the Chicago White Sox. He previously worked for the St. Louis Cardinals, the St. Louis Blues, and the Sarasota Red Sox.

He attended Lindenwood University.

Ms. Floerke is an operations manager at Clarkson Eyecare Foundation in Ellisville.

She attended Lutheran High School South and graduated from Lindenwood University with an M.B.A. in human services and social sciences.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 255 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $348,500.
