Four Seasons Hotel manager relists Olivette South 5BD

Thierry L. Kennel and Sophie Kennel relisted a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 160 Stoneleigh Towers St. in Olivette for $849,000.

The Kennels originally listed the home with Coldwell Banker Gundaker for $875,000 in June 2011. William Gordon Weir is the agent for both listings.

The Kennels paid $940,000 for the property in Aug. 2007. The 3,730-square-foot house was built in 1999 in Olivette South. It is located in the Stoneleigh Towers subdivision.

Mr. Kennel is general manager at Four Seasons Hotel in Denver. He previously held the same position in St. Louis. He has been with the company since 1987 and has served as hotel manager in Boston, resort manager in Nevis, director of food & beverage in Maldives, and director of catering in Jakarta. He began his career with Four Seasons as an overnight stewarding supervisor in Houston.

He earned his degree in hotel management from Ecole Les Roches in Crans Montana, Switzerland.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 75 home sales in Olivette during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $235,000.
