Scott D. Cochran and Jennifer J. Cochran bought a four-bedroom, seven-bath home at 1009 Savonne Court in Chesterfield from Michael R. Kneemueller and Stephanie A. Kneemueller for $1.099 million on Sept. 7.

The 6,117-square-foot house was built in 2000 in South of 64. It is part of the Miramonte subdivision.

Mr. Cochran is executive vice president of Global Financial Solutions and Acquisitions at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a life reinsurance company. Before he joined RGA, he held various product development and management roles for CNA/Swiss Re and has also worked for other insurance and reinsurance companies.

He obtained his B.S. in actuarial science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and his M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Kneemueller is president at Turbo Lubricants Inc., distributor of Motul performance products in St. Louis. He is also president of the Viper Club of America-Gateway Region. He previously served as president at Performance By Joe in St. Louis.
