He attended the University of Kansas.

Mr. Blumenthal is a mediation and arbitatration lawyer in the law firm of Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C. He is a former arbitration lecturer at the Washington University School of Law.

He holds a J.D. from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and a B.A. in English literature from Washington University.
