Thomson Reuters executives take Clayton 4BD

Matthew Hanis and Kristin O. Kristof bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 54 Broadview Drive in Clayton from Priority Property Holdings LLC for $505,000 on Sept. 6.

The 2,554-square-foot house was built in 1925 in East of Hanley Rd. It is located in the Claverach Park subdivision.

Mr. Hanis is the vice president and general manager at Thomson Reuters Corp.'s healthcare business. He previously was EVP at Centrics, sales executive at HEALTHvision, director of West Region at APACHE Medical Systems and executive account manager at NCR Corporation.

He attended Tulane University.

Ms. Kristof currently works as client executive at Thomson Reuters. She joined the company in March 2006. Prior to this, she was senior associate at Stockamp & Associates.

She earned her B.S. in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 110 home sales in Clayton during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $532,500.
