Thomson Reuters V.P. sells Chesterfield 4BD

Alistair and Natalie Burns sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 14044 Forest Crest Drive in Chesterfield to Hui Yuan and Li Cao for $530,000 on Sept. 6.

Mr. Burns paid $527,500 for the property in May 2009. The 3,509-square-foot house was built in 1990 in North of 64. It is located in the Enclave at Green Trails subdivision.

Mr. Burns is the vice president and head of IT service delivery at Thomson Reuters, the world's largest international multimedia news agency. Prior to that, he served as regional head of implementation and support, as regional head of service management and and as VP of operations programmes at Reuters America. He also worked as managing consultant at Reuters Consulting-Asia and as main technical centre manager for Singapore at Reuters Asia.

He attended Heriot-Watt University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 331 home sales in Chesterfield during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
