Wells Fargo senior counsel buys 4BD in Sunset Hills

Alan J. Herzog and Erin L. Herzog bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11008 Rambling Oaks Drive in Sunset Hills from St. Louis Investment Properties, Inc. for $510,000 on Sept. 8.

The 3,576-square-foot house was built in 1993 in South of 255. It is part of the Rambling Oaks subdivision.

Mr. Herzog is a senior counsel at Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC, an investing services and investing products company. He previously served as senior vice president and senior regulatory counsel at Wachovia Securities. Prior to that, he was a compliance counsel at A.G. Edwards and judicial clerk at the Supreme Court of Missouri.

He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 62 home sales in Sunset Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $226,500.
