Terry and Kimberly Roban sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 17504 Country Lake Estates Court in Chesterfield to Joshua and Laura McDaniels for $879,900 on Sept. 6.

The 6,663-square-foot home in South of 64 was built in 1998. It is part of the Country Lake Estates subdivision.

Mr. Roban is the director of field execution at Coca-Cola Refreshments. He previously served Coca-Cola Company as a drug channel manager, director of national accounts, and director of business development. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, he worked as a national account manager at PepsiCo and as a team leader at Mars.

He holds a B.B.A. in business management from Boise State University.

Ms. Roban worked at Energizer, where she served as a key customer manager, shopper marketing manager, and brand manager. Before her career at Energizer, she worked as a national account manager at Rexall Sundown/US Nutrition and at Masterfoods.

She earned her B.B.A. in marketing from James Madison University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 331 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $310,000.
