Lewis A. Levey and Leslee F. Levey bought a four-bedroom, two-bath condo at 155 Carondelet Plaza in Clayton from Debra J. Mehlman for $2.2 million on Sept. 7.
The 4,435-square-foot Unit#900 is part of The Crescent condo development, which was built in 2007.
Mr. Levey is the principal and founder of EVS Realty Advisors, Inc., a real estate investment firm. He is also the founder and managing director of Paragon Group, Inc., a real estate investment firm. In 1997, the company merged with Camden Property Trust. In 1998, he formed Enhanced Value Strategies, Inc., where he served as chairman.
Ha has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from Washington University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 45 condo sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $312,500.
