Rory D. Paul and Helen L. Humphrey bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 14792 Timberbluff Drive in Chesterfield from Jeffrey H. Degraaf, Lawrence Y. Degraaf and Joyce Y. Liv Degraaf for $380,000 on Sept. 12.

Mr. Paul is the owner at Barak Systems, a utilities industry. Before Barak Systems, he was a product integration manager at Netmount. He also worked as product integration manager for Tech Support at Portalis, application support in Middle East Africa at Scitex Corporation, now known as Kodak, and integration specialist for Product Support at Scitex.
