Mr. Oldham is program manager for CHAP Bank at Citi. Prior to joining Citi, he was vice president of operations at Bridgeview Bank Mortgage Co., at JPMorgan Chase, and at BNC Mortgage/Lehman Brothers. Before that, he served as operations manager at Finance America, and also was senior underwriter at Fieldstone Mortgage.

He obtained a B.S. in finance from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

Ms. Malec is a social media and content development consultant at Tell Your Story Brand Communications Inc., a brand and marketing communications agency, and at mc2 marketing, a marketing boutique firm. Previously, she was a marketing and communications executive at Newberry Library, ThoughtWorks and Grant Thornton. Before that, she was a senior writer at Arthur Andersen, assistant manager at The Jefferson Group, and government relations assistant at Wiley, Rein and Fielding and at Population Connection.

She attended Northwestern University and Indiana University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 60 home sales in Ladue during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $560,000.
