Kjell Lundal and Asha Lundal bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 2400 Town And Country Lane in Town & Country from John D. Lucas for $1.125 million on Oct. 4.

Mr. Lucas paid $1,300,332 for the property in Feb. 2007. The 7,000-square-foot house was built in 2008 in Town & Country South. It is part of the Town & Country Manor subdivision.

Mr. Lundal is vice president for investment banking at Robert W. Baird & Co, an employee-owned wealth management, capital markets, asset management and private equity firm. Prior to this, he held the same position at National City Capital Markets and A.G. Edwards Capital.

He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and Washington University in St. Louis-Olin Business School.

Ms. Lundal serves as a management consultant at The Context Network and governance board vice president for fund raising and development at Family Resource Center. Before that, she held several executive and managerial positions at Monsanto Company, most recently as director for U.S. Seeds & Traits Business Development.

She holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis-Olin Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 59 home sales in Town & Country during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $540,000.
