The 10,836-square-foot Georgian Revival was built in 1912.
Mr. Berges is a partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, a private equity investment firm, which he joined in 2006. Previously, he was vice chairman and president at Emerson Electric Co. He is also chairman of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. and HD Supply, Inc.
He earned his BS in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
