Erik Dague and Renee Dague sold a three-bed, 3.5-bath home at 542 Inverrary Court in Eureka to Dennis A. Fanger and Jacki L. Fanger for $660,000 on Oct. 5.
The 4,548-square-foot house, which was built in 1996, is in Eureka South. It is located in The Legends subdivision.
Mr. Dague is the owner of Arch Recovery, a repossession services provider company providing asset recovery and transportation solutions. Prior to that, he was the director of sales at Black & Decker HHI, a manufacturer and distributor of power tools, appliances, fastening systems, and other hardware products.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 71 home sales in Eureka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
