Chand B. Vyas has relisted a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 155 Carondelet Plaza in Clayton for $875,000.

Vyas originally listed the home with Sotheby's International Realty in December 2009. He relisted it at the existing price on December 6. Ann Farwell of Gladys Manion Real Estate is the current listing agent.

Vyas paid $934,146 for the property in January 2008. The 2,400-square-foot Unit 400 is one of the 70 units at The Crescent, a condo development built in 2007.

Vyas is managing director and chief executive officer at Strategy Advisors LLC. He previously was chairman and chief executive officer at Mobile Armor Inc. He also served in the same capacity at EPS Technology. Prior to joining EPS in January 1999, he was president and chief executive officer at Zeigler Coal Holding Company. He also worked as regional controller at Consol Energy and held various operations, financial and information technology management roles at International Harvester.

He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mumbai and his M.B.A. in finance from Clark Atlanta University. He also attended Purdue University, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

He also owns homes at 11 Bon Aire Drive in Olivette and at 20 Squires Lane in Huntleigh.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 43 condo sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $280,585.
