The estate of Joseph Henty has listed for sale a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 311 Cabin Grove Lane in Creve Coeur for $750,000.

The 4,101-square-foot house was built in 1986 in Creve Coeur West. It is part of the Cabin Grove subdivision. Kris Barr of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Henty was the president of Henty Construction, a general contracting company in St. Louis, which he founded in 1965. He has also served on the board of directors of the original Mark Twain Bank, the Creve Coeur Planning Commission, and the Creve Coeur Historical Society.

He passed away in December 2010.
