Shamim Amini and Helay Amini bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home at 1674 Whispering Hollow Court in Wildwood from Stephen J. Fallick and Elizabeth M. Moro for $576,000 on Nov. 2.
The 4,524-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Wildwood Northeast. It is part of the Garden Valley Farms subdivision.
Shamim Amini is an emergency physician based in Simi Valley, California. He is also affiliated with Oswego Hospital and A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital in New York.
He received his medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada.
Stephen Fallick is an executive search consultant at the Manning Search Group, which specializes in the search and recruitment of management personnel for permanent placement. Prior to that, he served as service general manager at the Fabick Companies, customer support VP at Cashman Equipment Company, customer support director at MacAllister Machinery Corporation, and senior consultant at Cap Gemini Consulting.
He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Lally School of Management and Technology.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 225 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $350,000.
