Lead buyers' specialist takes Ballwin 4BD

Brittani Backsmeyer and Justin Backsmeyer bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 578 Arbor Meadow Drive in Ballwin from Lynn Kleiman and Ralph and Ora Levine for $290,000 on Nov. 2.

The 2,536-square-foot house was built in 1990.

Brittani Backsmeyer is the lead buyers' specialist at Keller Williams Realty. Prior to joining the company in April 2007, she was a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Gundaker, Town and Country for almost three years.

She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 179 home sales in Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $205,000.
