Andrew J. Lobb and Rebecca Lobb bought a four-bed, 2.5-bath home at 6301 Waterman Ave. in University City from Joe. D. Jacobson for $564,000 on Nov. 1.
Jacobson acquired the property for $350,000 in Nov. 2007. The 2,865-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1910 in University City South. It is part of the Parview subdivision.
Andrew Lobb was an intern at Ontario Telemedicine Network. Prior to that, he served as director of Anna Jaques Hospital Wound Center at National Healing Corporation, senior account manager at D2Hawkeye Analytics, and as director of specialty practices at Core Physician Services. He also served as assistant director of surgical and medical specialties at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, operations director at Joslin Diabetes Center, and senior management engineer and practice management consultant at Harvard Community Health Plan.
He received a master's degree in health informatics from the University of Toronto, a master's degree in health administration from St. Louis University and a B.S. in health planning and administration from Pennsylvania State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 253 home sales in University City during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $125,950.
