Eric Streiff and Jolene Streiff sold a four-bed, 2.5-bath home at 821 Twin Pine Drive in Kirkwood to Paul J. Chapo and Christine K. Chapo for $440,000 on Nov. 1.

The 2,448-square-foot house, which was built in 1975, is in Kirkwood Northwest. It is located in the Waterford Place subdivision.

Eric Streiff is the senior vice president and director of client services at Douglas Shaw & Associates, a fundraising management and solutions company. Prior to that, he was an adjunct professor at New York University in its Baruch College and Fashion Institute of Technology. He was also the executive director and vice president at the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews of Canada. In addition, he was the executive director and chief executive officer at Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate and a past member of the board of directors at the National Catholic Development Conference.

He received an associate's degree in commercial photography and advertising from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a bachelor's of fine arts from Skidmore College. He was also conferred a master's degree in direct and interactive marketing from New York University.

Mr. Chapo is a regional sales manager at US Bank. Previously, he was a district manager at professional outsourcing solutions firm Automatic Data Processing Inc.

He received a business management degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, College of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 225 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
