School board exec lists Autumn View 4BD

James D. Wipke and Jennifer A. Wipke have listed for sale a four-bed, 3.5-bath home at 16316 Autumn View Terrace Drive in Ellisville for $374,000.

The 2,403-square-foot house, which was built in 1999, is in Ellisville North. It is located in the Autumn View subdivision. Chrissy Wagner of Keller Williams Realty Inc. is the listing agent.

James Wipke is the executive director of secondary education in the Rockwood School District. He is also the principal at Eureka High School. Prior to those, he served as the principal at Crestview Middle School and at Rockwood Summer Academy. He also served as an assistant principal at Crestview Middle School and at Parkway South Middle School. In addition, he was a world history teacher at Crestview Middle School and a fifth grade teacher at Ridge Meadows Elementary School.

He received a bachelor's degree in education from Harris-Stowe State College and a master's degree in education from Southwest Baptist University. He was also conferred a master's in educational administration at Southwest Baptist and a doctorate in educational leadership at Maryville University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 53 home sale in Ellisville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $193,750.
