Michael W. Kramer and Dana Kramer have listed for sale a five-bed, seven-bath home at 25 Foreway Drive in Ladue for $3.49 million.

The Kramers acquired the property for $3 million in October 2008. The 5,805-square-foot, two-story house was built in 1919 in Ladue North. Anne Ryan of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Mr. Kramer serves as chief operating officer at J.C. Penney Company Inc., and chief executive officer and president at Kellwood Company. Prior to that, he held several key positions at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. including as CFO, executive vice president and chief accounting officer. Before that, served as CFO of Apple retail at Apple Computer Inc. and has held financial leadership roles with The Limited, Pizza Hut, and Einstein Noah Bagel Corporation. In addition, he served as vice president and assistant corporate controller at Gateway, Inc.

He obtained his B.S. from Kansas State University and is a certified public accountant.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 45 home sales in Ladue during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $735,000.
