Scott R. Widham has listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 9865 Litzsinger Road in Ladue for $1.25 million.

Mr. Widham is the founder and CEO of Cobridge Communications, a cable television, high-speed internet, and digital telephone service provider. Prior to joining the firm, he served as CEO of Broadwing Communications, a voice, data, and video service provider and Capital Cable. Apart from these, he also was a past executive at Corecomm and MTV Networks.

He holds a business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
