David R. Piwnica-Worms and Helen Piwnica-Worms have relisted a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 45 Godwin Lane in Ladue for $869,000.

The Piwnica-Wormss originally listed the home with Janet McAfee Real Estate for $1.06 million in February 2010. They took the home off the market in August 2010 and relisted it at the existing price on Jan. 7. The Robb Partners of Sotheby's International Realty Inc. are the current listing agents.

The 4,016-square-foot home was built in 1943 in Ladue North. It is part of the Godwin Estates subdivision.

David Piwnica-Worms is a professor of cell biology and physiology, developmental biology, and radiology at Washington University School of Medicine. Concurrently, he serves as director of the university's BRIGHT Institute and Molecular Imaging Center. He is also a board certified diagnostic radiologist.

He earnd his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and his M.D. and Ph.D. in cellular physiology from Duke University. He completed his fellowship at Duke University and at Brigham and Women's Hospital of Harvard Medical School.

Helen Piwnica-Worms is a professor of cell biology and physiology in the biology and biomedical sciences division, as well as an internal medicine professor at Washington University School of Medicine. She is also associate director of basic science for the Siteman Cancer Center and co-director of the BRIGHT Institute at Washington University. In the past, she was a faculty member at Tufts University Medical School, Harvard Medical School, and Beth Israel Hospital.

She received her B.A. from St. Olaf College and her Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from Duke University Medical School.
