Former home builder lists Ladue 4BD for $4M

J. Randall Mayer and Patricia M. Mayer have listed for sale a four-bedroom, eight-bath home at 25 Somerset Downs Drive in Ladue for $4 million.

The 10,299-square-foot house was built in 1997 in Ladue South and is located in Somerset Downs subdivision. Karen Anderson of Karen Anderson Realty is the listing agent.

Randall Mayer was the owner at Mayer Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in St. Louis. He started the custom and home-building company in 1975 and has built 8,500 homes in Missouri and Illinois over the past three decades.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 45 home sales in Ladue during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $735,000.
