Home builder Michael Manlin sold his five-bedroom, 4.5 bath in Olivette at 160 Stoneleigh Towers St. for $1.095 million to Christopher Rudloff on Aug. 8.
Manlin paid $172,801 for the property in Sept. 1999. The home was built by his development company, Manlin/Mehlman Development.
Coldwell Banker's Ken Miesner sold the home for its originally listed price.
After a career in construction, Manlin, 39, along with business partner Mark Mehlman, founded Manlin/Mehlman in 1995. They specialize in projects in the $500,000-$2 million range and have built homes in Clayton, Frontenac, Creve Coeur and Ladue.
