Katherine M. Kuharic has listed for sale a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 70 Waterman Place in St. Louis for $725,000.
The 5,226-square-foot house was built in 1906. James Human of Janet McAfee is the listing agent.
Ms. Kuharic is painter whose works have been exhibited at the PPOW Gallery in New York and the Contemporary Art Museum in St. Louis. She is currently an associate professor of art at the Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. Prior to that, she taught at the Washington University in St. Louis.
She received her B.F.A. in painting and drawing at Carnegie Mellon University in 1984. She then moved to NYC, where she studied with Louise Bourgeois and Robert Storr at the School of Visual Arts.
There were 12 home sales in DeBaliviere Place in 2008, with a median sales price of $165,000.
