Ruben and Kara Aya-Welland have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 61 Kingsbury Place in DeBaliviere Place for $989,000.
The Wellands bought the property for $900,000 in Aug. 2005. The 5,340-square-foot house was built in 1911. Maggy Malcolm is the agent for the listing.
