Orthopedic products sales manager buys in Downtown West

Kortnee A. Virus bought a condo at 1619 Washington Ave. in Downtown West from Salvador Reyes and Servin Saedinia for $210,000 on March 10.

Unit #404 is part of the Railway Lofts condominium development. The building was an old factory that was converted to a condominium in 2006. It has 69 units on seven floors.

Virus is a territory manager at OrthoRx Inc., a leader in providing durable medical equipments to orthopedic surgeons.

She graduated from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2003 and earned her M.B.A. in healthcare management from the University of Phoenix in 2009.

There were 16 condo sales in Downtown West in 2008, with a median sales price of $131,000.
