Former Blues goalie Manny Legace lists 6BD

Medium 2bbd0541aba992aebc6323ed6426caa3 Emmanuel Francis Legacae and his wife, Giana, have listed for sale a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 5165 Lindell St. in the Central West End for $2.375 million.

The 9,057-square-foot home was built in 1909. Jen Ross of Upper End Properties is the listing agent.

Mr. Legace is a hockey goaltender who has played for the St. Louis Blues, Detroit Red Wings and Los Angeles Kings.

He was drafted in the 1993 NHL Draft by the Hartford Whalers and he made his NHL debut in 1999 with the Kings, going 2-9-2 in 17 games. He signed with the Red Wings following that season, and he would go on to spend six years with Detroit. He was a member of the Red Wings 2001-02 Stanley Cup championship team and during the 2005-06 season he went 37-8 as the team's starting goaltender with a 2.19 goals against average.

Legace has played the past three seasons with the Blues and was named to the 2008 NHL All-Star Game. In 337 career games he has compiled a record of 177-92-20.

There were 95 home sales in the Central West End in 2008, with a median sales price of $198,250.
