Dr. Bridget S. Rutledge and Timothy S. Rutledge bought a three-bath home at 3011 Hawthorne Blvd. in Compton Heights from Capital One NA for $380,000 on Aug. 13.

Chevy Chase Bank FSB foreclosed on the property in Dec. 2008. The 4,170-square-foot house was built in 1905.

Dr. Rutledge is an obstetrician and gynecologist in St. Louis.

She obtained her M.D. from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 15 home sales in Compton Heights in 2008, with a median sales price of $380,000.
