Travel company specialist buys in Southwest Garden

Thomas W. Chalupny bought a home at 2736 Sublette Ave. in Southwest Garden for $300,000 from Dimartino Homes LLC on Oct. 20.

The two-story home is 1,560 square feet in size.

Chalupny is a client specialist at Maritz Travel Co., a travel management company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 91 home sales in Southwest Garden during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $139,950.
