James Afflixio and Gary R. Boyson sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 3424 Longfellow Blvd. in Compton Heights to Leo and Colleen Mitchell for $675,000 on Nov. 20.

The 4,508-square-foot home was built in 1917.

Afflixio is an antique dealer and interior designer based in St. Louis. He previously worked for Gucci and Paul Stuart.

Boyson is a freelance real estate professional based in St. Louis. He formerly worked at May Co., where he worked for more than 20 years.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19 home sales in Compton Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $307,500.
