RE/MAX broker sells Compton Heights home

Nicholas Baur sold a 2.5-bath home at 2922 Geyer Ave. in Compton Heights to John Spaeth for $310,000 on Nov. 12.

Baur paid $175,000 for the property in May 2003. The 2,340-square-foot home was built in 1912.

Baur is the agent for the sale. He is a broker at the St. Louis office of RE/MAX Gold. He formerly owned Blue Ribbon Realtors.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19 home sales in Compton Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $307,500.
