Nephrologist gets 3BD in Skinker DeBaliviere

Dr. Rouba Ghoussoub bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 5928 Waterman Blvd. in Skinker DeBaliviere from Marvin and Alice Jarmon for $250,000 on Dec. 8.

The 2,096-square-foot house was built in 1913.

Dr. Ghoussoub is a nephrologist who has been operating his own private practice in St. Louis. She has been affiliated with Christian Hospital Northeast.

She obtained her M.D. from the American University of Beirut. She completed her residencies at the University Iowa Hospitals & Clinics and Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 33 home sales in Skinker DeBaliviere during the past 12 months, with a median price of $197,000.
